Twelve months of purpose-driven property management
Twelve months have flown by since Key2 Realty first opened its doors and what a year it has been. We have seen fantastic growth and community support in such a short amount of time. Within a year Key2 has grown to manage over 130 properties across the Central Coast and Hunter regions.
Although this number is impressive, there have been some obstacles along the way which required us to adapt. With the current Covid-19 pandemic, the team are now working remotely but are still accessible to tenants and landlords through cloud-based systems and an online portal.
Within the year we have seen the progress and positive outcomes of Pacific Link Housing’s various tenant support programs.
- Kids have been able to participate in sports and well-being activities such as netball, gymnastics, soccer and martial arts.
- Tenants have been assisted with learner driver classes helping them to get on the road sooner.
- Education scholarships have been awarded to primary, high school and tertiary students providing them with laptops and other essential equipment needed to complete their studies.
Our staff attended Pacific Link Housing’s Education Scholarship presentation in February. They were inspired to meet the school students and those embarking on tertiary studies in a range of fields including marine biology, graphic design and psychology.
Whilst we are extremely proud of our success to date, there is still so much more that can be done to improve the lives of those in need. We can’t wait to see what more can be achieved with the collective support of partners, landlords, local businesses and the wider community.
