We’ve got heart!

A property management company with a heart.
Now, that’s different.

DIFFERENT.

We will look after your Central Coast or Hunter region investment property with our heart and soul in more ways than one.

At Key 2 Realty, we believe in community and we want to support our own. So, we donate 10% of our profits to Central Coast and Hunter region community programs. Through our unique Key 2 Heart program, you, as a landlord, can select from three community support groups. And at the end of the financial year, we divide the donations amongst the three according to their share of nominations. Now that’s different!

CHOICE.

Choose from one of three community support programs:

Sheila Astolfi Education Scholarship

These scholarships grant up to $1,250 for primary, secondary or tertiary students to assist with the costs of education. Established in 2010, the scholarships are named after Pacific Link’s founder and Chief Executive of 20 years, Sheila Astolfi, who worked tirelessly for her community. Awarded twice each year, the aim is to encourage Central Coast and Hunter region tenants and their children to reach their educational objectives and fulfil their potential.

Sports, Health, Education & Wellbeing (SHEW) Program

Many families miss out on the social and physical benefits of sport and other well-being programs because they can’t afford the cost of club membership, uniforms or equipment. The SHEW program provides scholarships to help meet these expenses. SHEW scholarships provide up to $250 per year for eligible children between the ages of 5 and 17. The program aims to encourage healthy growth, fitness and the formation of life-long friendships for children living on the Central Coast and in the Hunter region.

Learner Driver Program

This program helps young tenants who are seeking a driver’s licence by providing information packs and paying for 10 professional driving lessons. Our partner in the program, the NRMA’s Safer Driving School, provides a further lesson so our learners have 11 lessons in all. The program aims to improve the knowledge and skills of learner drivers, recognising the value of a driver’s licence for mobility and employment for young people.
