A Year of Progress and Purpose at Key2 Realty

We are pleased to feature in Pacific Link Housing’s 2025 Annual Report, which reflects our progress across the 2024-2025 financial year. It is a chance to show how property management and social purpose can work side by side. In addition to the professional services we provide to landlords and tenants every day, a few key moments for us this year were:

Completing our first full compliance return under the National Regulatory System for Community Housing with no recommendations for improvement, which was a strong result for the team.
Being named the 2024 Business NSW Central Coast winner for Excellence in Micro Business and a finalist in the 2025 Awards.
Strengthening partnerships with local organisations, councils and community groups that share our commitment to ethical property management, including our new partnership with Central Coast Group Training.
Supporting the tenant programs and advocacy efforts led by Pacific Link Housing that build education, stability and wellbeing.
